• Required Skills & Qualifications:Excellent verbal communication skills in English (UK accent preferred).
• Prior experience in a UK voice process is a plus.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle high call volumes with patience and professionalism.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM software).
• Willingness to work in UK shifts.
