IndiaMART Sales Support Executive

We are looking for a responsible, confident and long-term female candidate for the position of IndiaMART Sales Support & Product Catalogue Executive.

The candidate will handle IndiaMART inquiries (sales support) as well as product catalogue listing & maintenance work.

• Key Responsibilities🔹 Sales Support ResponsibilitiesHandle all IndiaMART inquiries / leads professionally
• Communicate with customers via calls, WhatsApp & IndiaMART chat
• Explain product details, pricing, MOQ and availability clearly
• Regular follow-up with interested buyers
• Convert inquiries into confirmed orders or qualified leads
• Maintain daily inquiry & follow-up records
• Coordinate with internal sales / dispatch team
• Maintain good customer relationships for repeat business
• 🔹 Product Catalogue & Listing ResponsibilitiesCreate and manage IndiaMART product catalogue
• List new products with proper:
• 
  
• Product name
• Category
• Images
• Description
• Keywords
• Update existing listings (price, stock, MOQ, details)
• Understand company products properly (training provided)
• Ensure listings are accurate, professional and attractive
• Resolve listing errors / rejections on IndiaMART panel
• Keep catalogue updated and well-organized
• Required Skills & QualificationsBasic computer & internet knowledge
• Basic understanding of IndiaMART panel (experience preferred, not mandatory)
• Good Hindi communication skills
• Basic English reading & writing
• Ability to understand products and explain confidently
• Polite, patient and professional behavior
• Good follow-up and coordination skills
• Attention to detail in data entry & listings
