Role Overview:

We are looking for energetic and result-driven Inside Sales Professionals to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their training needs, and converting leads into successful enrollments. The company will provide hot leads, and your primary focus will be to achieve the expected sales targets set by the management. 

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to convert leads into enrollments. 
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable training programs.
• Follow up with potential customers and nurture leads to closure.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales using CRM tools.
• Work closely with the Sales Manager to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall experience. 

Required skills and qualifications

• Graduate
• Prior experience working as a tele sales executive or in a similar role 
• Fluency in English
• Adept knowledge of working with MS Office
• Great communication skills, both verbal and written

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, or a similar discipline.
• Proven record of meeting sales targets.
• Outstanding negotiation and time management skills.
