●	Must have excellent communication and listening skills in both English and Hindi language.

●	Address any questions or issues customers may have and communicate with them to understand their requirements and needs.

●	Keep an updated customer database.

●	Track and document calls and sales.

●	Fair Knowledge of Sales and Marketing.
●	Basic awareness of Tele sales/Inside sales/Telemarketing/Tele calling/Loan process/ Credit card sales.
●	Excellent Convincing Power.
●	Team player.
●	Good time-management skills.
●	Great interpersonal and presentation skills.
●	Expert in Negotiation Skills.
●	Basic Computer Knowledge
●	Good organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
