Job Summary:MLA Industries is seeking a dedicated and experienced Logistics & Transport Manager to oversee transportation operations, manage fleet activities, coordinate dispatch, and ensure timely delivery of goods. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, leadership qualities, and hands-on experience in logistics and transport management.

• Key Responsibilities:Plan, organize, and manage logistics activities, including dispatch and delivery schedules.
• Supervise daily transportation operations and ensure timely movement of goods.
• Manage company vehicles, drivers, maintenance schedules, and fuel consumption records.
• coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate documentation including challans, invoices, and transport records.
• Monitor inventory movement and support warehouse coordination.
• Implement cost-saving initiatives and optimize transport routes.
• Ensure compliance with road safety regulations and company policies.
• Handle any transport-related issues and provide quick resolutions.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports for management review.
• Qualifications & Skills:Graduate in any discipline (Logistics or Supply Chain preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics/transport management.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management and route planning.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage deadlines.
• Good communication and team management skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, record keeping, and basic documentation.
