🌞 Job OverviewSun Shaper Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and skilled Solar Maintenance Technician to handle plant servicing, health check-ups, and module cleaning activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining optimal performance of installed solar systems.

• 🔧 Key ResponsibilitiesConduct Plant Health Check-ups
• Perform Solar Module Cleaning
• Inspect wiring, inverter, and structure condition
• Troubleshoot basic electrical faults
• Ensure proper system performance and output monitoring
• Maintain service reports and documentation
• Coordinate with operations team for service scheduling
• Follow safety protocols during site visits

• 👤 Candidate RequirementsITI / Diploma in Electrical (Preferred)
• Minimum 1 year experience in solar field (Freshers with electrical background can apply)
• Basic understanding of solar system components
• Ability to travel within city for site visits
• Two-wheeler preferred
• Good communication skills
