Management Trainee-Relationship Manager-Working Capital-Sales
As a Management Trainee-Relationship Manager, you will be an integral part of our Working Capital-Sales team, working closely with clients to understand their financial needs and offering tailored solutions. Your role will involve building strong relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the overall success of the bank's working capital sales strategy.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and requirements.
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the working capital space, focusing on sales and relationship management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to structure and deliver tailored working capital solutions to clients.
- Stay updated with industry trends and market dynamics to provide insightful recommendations to clients.
- Prepare and present proposals, financial models, and reports to clients, ensuring a clear understanding of our offerings.
- Manage and oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closure, ensuring a smooth and efficient client experience.
- Provide excellent customer service and support, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies, contributing to the growth of the working capital business.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations.
- A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a sales or relationship management role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of working capital products and services, including trade finance, supply chain finance, and cash management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insightful recommendations.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel, for financial modeling and report generation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing effectively.
- A self-starter with a proactive approach, demonstrating initiative and a results-driven mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate record-keeping and documentation.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry developments.
