Motion Graphic Designer

We are looking for a highly creative and execution-focused designer who can handle both digital and print media with strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite. The role involves creating engaging social media content, motion graphics, and branding materials, along with occasional involvement in video shoots.

This is not a passive job — we need someone who can deliver fast, think creatively, and handle real client work pressure.

Key Responsibilities

1. Graphic Design (Digital + Print)

Design creatives for social media (Instagram, Ads, Reels covers, etc.)

Create posters, brochures, banners, visiting cards, and branding materials

Maintain brand consistency across all platforms

2. Motion Graphics & Video Editing

Create motion graphics videos for ads and social media

Edit videos using After Effects / Premiere Pro

Work on reels, promotional videos, and ad creatives

3. Adobe Suite Expertise

Work extensively on:

Photoshop

After Effects

Illustrator

InDesign

4. Content Execution

Convert ideas into high-quality visual content

Collaborate with marketing and content teams

5. Shoot Support (Bonus Skill)

Assist in video shoots

Basic understanding of camera handling, framing, lighting

Required Skills

Strong command over Adobe Creative Suite

Good understanding of:

Social media trends

Design aesthetics

Typography & color theory

Ability to handle multiple projects under deadlines

Creative mindset + execution speed

Preferred (High-Value Additions)

Experience in motion graphics storytelling

Hands-on with DSLR / mirrorless cameras

Understanding of digital marketing creatives

Agency or production house experience
