3 Phase Motor Winding ka kaam hai
Hamari workshop mein 3 Phase motor ki stator winding ka kaam hota hai.
Is kaam ke liye humein anubhav wale (experienced) log chahiye.
Salary kitni milegi?
Jitne zyada motor aap din mein wind karoge, utni zyada kamai hogi.
Salary poori tarah se kaam ke hisaab se milegi (per piece rate).
Naye logon ke liye (Fresher):
Agar aap naya kaam seekh rahe ho, to pehle 2 mahine tak hum ₹7000 – ₹8000 tak ki minimum guarantee denge, chahe aap kam piece hi kyun na karo.
Saath hi jitna motor winidng karoge uska alag paisa milega.
Kamai ki koi limit nahi hai.
Jitna zyada kaam, utni zyada salary.
Abhi jo anubhav wale log kaam kar rahe hain, woh aaram se ₹18,000 se ₹23,000 mahine kama rahe hain.
