Job Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and self-motivated Onboarding Executives to join our team and help expand Rapido's network of bike and auto drivers in different cities. The role involves fieldwork, meeting potential riders, and ensuring their smooth onboarding onto the Rapido platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach bike and auto drivers to onboard them onto the Rapido platform.
• Explain the benefits of joining Rapido and assist them in the registration process.
• Collect and verify the required documents (DL, RC, Aadhaar, Bank details, etc.).
• Provide basic training on using the Rapido app and customer service expectations.
• Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for the drivers.
• Work on daily/weekly onboarding targets and achieve set milestones.
• Travel within the assigned district to onboard drivers from different locations.
• Maintain and update onboarding records accurately.
• Coordinate with the central team to resolve any onboarding-related issues.
