Production Manager

The manager is responsible for maintaining occupational safety at the workplace, he is responsible for complying with prescribed fire prevention and hygiene rules.

Compliance monitoring and implementation of prescribed work instructions, procedures and safety rules.

Monthly communication and briefing to the team about safety regulations and compliances, technical briefing and performance of the screw filling process

Ensure training for the newly hired people and maintain skill matrix for all operatives, encourage multi-skilling of employees

Co-ordinate and supervise maintenance of screw filling line with maintenance function, ensure machine health check as per defined frequency and check list.

Ensure that all alarms, sensors, mistake proofing devices, moving and friction parts are inspected and maintained in good working condition for machine operation.

Ensure full cleaning of explosives material in screw filling line before machine is handed over for any repair and maintenance work, ensure that a valid maintenance work order / permit is issued for such work.

Ensure that all operatives are well trained in fire drill and in the use of fire extinguishers and alarms. 

The manager shall be capable of managing production, product quality, team management and supervision of safety procedures.

• BE / Diploma in Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering 
• BE - Minimum of 12 years related experience
• Diploma - Minimum of 15 years’ related experience
