Hiring: Night Shift Receptionist – Hotel
📍 Location: Hotel Nirmal Palace Kanpur
🕒 Shift: Night (8 PM – 10 AM)
🧾 Job Responsibilities:
• Handle guest check-in & check-out smoothly
• Manage late-night bookings (walk-in / online)
• Maintain guest records & billing
• Answer calls and assist guest queries
• Ensure safety, discipline & smooth night operations
• Coordinate with housekeeping & security staff
🎯 Requirements:
• Good communication skills (Hindi + Basic English)
• Smart, polite & presentable personality
• Basic computer knowledge (billing / booking systems)
• Ability to handle night shift responsibly
• Experience in hotel industry preferred (freshers can also aply)
