Receptionist Cum Computer Operator

We require experienced Hotel Receptionists (Male/Female) for day and night shifts. The candidate should be polite, responsible, and active, with good computer and social media knowledge.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle guest check-in and check-out
• Attend guest queries and provide proper service
• Manage front desk operations and records
• Handle billing, cash, and basic accounts
• Answer phone calls and manage bookings
• Operate computer systems and hotel software
• Manage hotel work related to social media
• Coordinate with hotel staff and housekeeping
• Maintain professional behavior and guest satisfaction

Skills & Requirements:

• Hotel experience is compulsory
• Good computer knowledge
• Knowledge of MS Office / hotel software
• Good understanding of social media
• Good communication skills
• Honest, hardworking, and responsible

Shift Details:

• Day and Night shift (both required)
• Night shift candidate must stay active throughout the night
• No rest/sleep allowed during night shift

Salary:

• ₹8,000 to ₹12,000 per month
• Salary as per knowledge, experience, and work performance

• Male and Female candidates both can apply
• Prior hotel experience preferred
