Role & Responsibilities

- Dealing with the customer in the showroomv

- Product Promotion - Showcase our range of tiles, marbles, sanitaryware & lighting.

- Drive Store Footfall - Persuade clients to visit our store.

- Achieve Sales Targets - Ensure lead conversion and meet goals.

- Market Research - Identify new projects & maintain a client database.

- Client Relationship Management - Build long-term relationships.

Requirements

- Experience: 1-3 years in field sales (Tiles, Ceramics, Sanitaryware, Lighting, Construction).

- Education: Min. 12th pass or graduate.

- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation & persuasion skills.

- Must Have: Two-wheeler & smartphone for site visits.

- Personality: Energetic, self-driven & ready for field sales.

STORE SALES EXECUTIVE

This role falls under the Marketing and Sales domain, focusing on driving business growth through

strategic client engagement, product promotion, and lead generation.

Key Areas of Focus:

1. Showroom retail Sales & Business Development - Engaging with walking customers in store to generate

leads and drive sales.

2. Retail & Showroom Sales - Convincing clients to sale product in the store and facilitating product selection.

3. B2B & B2C Marketing - Promoting ceramic tiles, marbles, sanitaryware, and lighting solutions to

businesses and individual customers.

4. Client Relationship Management - Building long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

5. Market Research & Lead Generation - Identifying potential customers through construction site visits and

networking.

Role Importance

This role requires a combination of sales acumen, customer engagement, and marketing strategies.
