Job Title: Customer Support Executive – International Voice & Chat (Blended Process)

Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our International Customer Support team. The role involves handling customer queries through voice calls and chat support, ensuring exceptional service delivery and satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls to assist international customers with queries, issues, and service requests.
  • Provide real-time support via live chat for product information, troubleshooting, and service updates.
  • Maintain a professional and empathetic tone while resolving customer concerns.
  • Achieve performance targets including response time, quality, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department as per process guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, data security, and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).


Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask in a blended environment.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing speed of at least 30–35 WPM.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a team.


Qualifications:

  • HSC / Graduate in any field.
  • Minimum 0–2 years of experience in international voice or chat process preferred (freshers can apply).

Work Requirements:

  • Comfortable with rotational shifts and week-offs.
  • Willing to work in a hybrid/on-site model as per business requirement.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced customer support environment.
