Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs.
- Provide detailed product information and recommend suitable products.
- Assist customers in making purchasing decisions.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the retail counter.
- Keep track of inventory levels and inform management of stock shortages.
