Job Description

GDF Internationals is looking for a Sales Associate who will handle outbound and inbound calling for UK-based customers. The role focuses on speaking with customers who have already shown interest, understanding their situation, and guiding them through the next steps as per company process. This is a process-driven calling role, not random cold calling. You will follow structured scripts, compliance rules, and clear daily targets. 

Key Responsibilities 1. UK Customer Calling • Make outbound calls to UK-based customers who have submitted enquiries • Handle inbound callbacks from customers • Speak clearly and professionally in English with UK customers • Follow call scripts while maintaining a natural conversation 2. Customer Qualification • Understand the customer’s basic financial situation • Ask required questions as per company checklist • Identify whether the customer meets the basic criteria • Accurately record all details in the CRM system 3. Process & Compliance • Follow UK calling compliance guidelines • Read mandatory disclosures properly on calls • Do not provide false promises or incorrect information • Respect opt-out requests and customer preferences 4. Data & CRM Management • Update call outcomes, notes, and customer details accurately • Ensure no incorrect or missing information is entered • Maintain clean and organised records for every call 5. Performance & Targets • Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets • Maintain quality scores as defined by management • Improve performance through regular feedback and training ⸻ Required Skills & Qualifications • Good spoken English communication (UK accent required) • Comfortable talking to customers over the phone • Ability to understand and follow scripts and instructions • Basic computer knowledge (CRM, dialer, data entry) • Willingness to work in UK shift timings • Ability to handle rejection and objections calmly ⸻ Preferred Candidate Profile • Prior experience in UK sales / telesales / customer support is a plus • Experience in financial services, debt advisory, or lead qualification is an advantage • Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome • Disciplined, punctual, and process-oriented mindset ⸻ Work Timings • UK Shift 1:30 PM - 12:00 AM (Evening / Night shift as per UK hours) • 5 working days per week (as per company policy) ⸻ Compensation & Growth • Fixed salary + performance-based incentives • Training provided on UK process, scripts, and compliance • Growth opportunities based on performance and consistency ⸻ Important Notes • This role requires strict adherence to company process and compliance • Calls are monitored for quality and training purposes • Performance is measured on both quantity and quality
