Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Sales Executive to manage and convert inbound leads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential customers, nurturing leads, and scheduling meetings with qualified prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact inbound leads via email and WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner.
• Engage with potential customers to understand their requirements and provide relevant information about the company’s services.
• Schedule meetings or calls with interested prospects for the sales or management team.
• Follow up with old leads through email and WhatsApp to re-engage them and schedule meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications, follow-ups, and meeting schedules in the CRM or lead management system.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and maintain a positive customer experience.
• Ensure consistent follow-ups with prospects until a meeting is successfully scheduled or the lead is closed.

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to communicate professionally via email, WhatsApp, and messaging platforms.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple leads and maintain consistent follow-ups.
• Basic understanding of sales processes and lead management.

Goal of the Role:
