Job Description

Job Role & ResponsibilitiesThe Channel Sales professional will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding the channel partner network to drive sales of solar energy solutions across residential, commercial, and government segments.

  • Key Responsibilities:Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners, dealers, and distributors
  • Drive sales through the channel network for rooftop solar projects
  • Support channel partners with product training, pricing, schemes, and documentation
  • Assist partners in customer acquisition, site surveys, and proposal preparation
  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, billing, installation, and O&M)
  • Ensure proper execution of projects through channel partners
  • Monitor partner performance and ensure achievement of sales targets
  • Resolve channel partner issues related to billing, net metering, subsidy, and DISCOM approvals
  • Maintain MIS reports on sales, pipeline, installations, and payments
  • Conduct regular partner meetings, reviews, and field visits
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and government guidelines
  • Support tender participation and government schemes (MNRE / UPNEDA / DISCOM)
