Sales Manager - Secured Business Loans (Micro LAP) - Kanpur - Sai Tower - J Grades

Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Business Development
  • Drive sales of Secured Business Loan products (LAP, Mortgage Loans, etc.)
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share
  • Identify new business opportunities in the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients
2. Team Management
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of Sales Officers/Executives
  • Monitor daily sales activities and productivity
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and field visits
  • Ensure adherence to company sales processes and compliance policies
3. Channel & Relationship Management
  • Develop and manage relationships with DSAs, connectors, and channel partners
  • Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth loan processing
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals
4. Portfolio Quality & Risk Management
  • Ensure high-quality sourcing and minimal delinquencies
  • Maintain portfolio hygiene and control NPAs
  • Ensure compliance with KYC and regulatory norms
5. Reporting & MIS
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
  • Track competitor activity and market trends
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales data in CRM systems
Eligibility Criteria Education
  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
Experience
  • 3–7 years of experience in secured lending (LAP / Mortgage / SME Loans)
  • Prior team handling experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of secured business loan products
