Senior Bartender – Job Description

• Prepare and serve alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages as per standards

• Supervise bar operations and junior bar staff

• Maintain bar hygiene, stock, and presentation

• Handle guest interactions and ensure service excellence

• Maintain daily bar stock, issue, and consumption records

• Maintain Excise Register and ensure compliance with excise laws

• Control wastage, pilferage, and cost

• Coordinate with stores/accounts for requisitions
