Senior HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced and mature HR Manager to lead and manage all human resource functions of the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in HR operations, employee relations, policy implementation, and compliance, along with proven leadership skills.

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes

Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters

Oversee performance management systems and appraisal processes

Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies

Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management

Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs

Conduct training & development programs to enhance employee skills

Support management with HR analytics, reports, and workforce planning

Promote a positive organizational culture and employee engagement
