Job Description
Job Description – HR Recruiter / Team Leader
Location: Kanpur
- Responsibilities Make 80+ recruitment calls daily
- Shortlist 3–5 candidate CVs per day
- Job posting, sourcing, screening & interview coordination
- Follow-up until candidate joining
- Submit daily call sheet, weekly summary & monthly report
- Send all CVs first to the official company email ID
- Salary & TargetFixed salary + incentives (as discussed)
- Monthly target = 6× of salary
- First month full salary; from second month salary only after target achievement
- Timings9:30 AM – 7:30 PM (Mon–Sat)
- DisciplinePersonal mobiles to be deposited in office
- No social media or entertainment during work hours
- Strict confidentiality of company data
Documents Required at the Time of Interview Candidates must bring the following documents:
- Updated Resume (Hard Copy)
- Passport-size Photograph (1–2 copies)
- Aadhaar Card / Any Govt. ID Proof (Original + Photocopy)
- Educational Certificates (10th, 12th, Graduation – originals + copies)
