Site Supervisor

The candidate should have a basic understanding of plotting work, land development processes, and property sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measuring the land accurately as per the approved map/layout
• Ensuring the total land area (Total Area) is measured correctly
• Daily monitoring of the entire plotting site
• Managing site leveling, road cutting, and boundary marking
• Plot demarcation (Plot Marking) as per layout
• Verifying all work according to the approved map and development plan

• नक्शे/लेआउट के अनुसार जमीन को नापना
• कुल भूमि क्षेत्र (Total Area) की माप सुनिश्चित करना
• प्लॉटिंग साइट की दैनिक निगरानी
• साइट लेवलिंग रोड कटिंग एवं बाउंड्री मार्किंग
• डिमार्केशन (Plot Marking)
• नक्शे और प्लान के अनुसार काम की पुष्टि
