Monitor social media trends, conversations, and feedback related to the company and its industry, and use this information to inform social media strategies and campaigns.
Respond to comments, questions, and concerns posted on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Manage social media advertising campaigns, including creating and targeting ads, monitoring ad performance, and optimizing campaigns for maximum impact and ROI.
