Solar Technician

Job description:

We’re looking for a Solar Service Engineer who loves solving technical challenges and enjoys working outdoors. If you have hands-on experience in solar system installation, servicing, or maintenance — we’d love to have you on board!

Roles & Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in solar power systems (On-grid, Off-grid, Hybrid).
• Conduct preventive maintenance and performance checks.
• Assist in system installation and commissioning when required.
• Prepare service reports and update customer records.
• Coordinate with the support team for warranty or component replacements.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at every site.

Qualification Required

• Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in solar installation or service.
• Good knowledge of inverters, panels, and basic wiring.
• Ability to travel and handle on-site work independently.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
