Position Overview:
The Team Leader (Field Supervisor) will be responsible for leading a field sales team, generating business from the local market, and ensuring consistent revenue delivery.
This is a ground-level execution role — not a desk-based supervisory job.
We are looking for a self-starter who can build, activate, and scale territory operations immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
· Join with an existing performing field team (mandatory preference)
· Activate team operations within the first week
· Conduct daily field monitoring and target review
· Train and push team members for closures
· Generate franchise/business leads from local market
· Conduct meetings, presentations & follow-ups
· Close high-value franchise deals
· Ensure weekly revenue generation
· Identify new business opportunities
· Develop territory growth strategy
· Establish strong local market presence
· Create referral and networking channels
· Daily reporting to management
· Target tracking and achievement planning
· Ensure team accountability
· Maintain discipline and execution standards
Mandatory Requirements:
· Minimum 5 years of field sales experience
· Proven team handling experience
· Strong closing ability
· Ability to generate business within first 7 days
· Comfortable working under high performance pressure
· Must be energetic, aggressive, and target-driven
· Strong communication and leadership skills
· Solution-oriented mindset (we need problem solvers, not problem creators)

Eligibility & Competencies:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Franchise Sales, or Channel Sales
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi; local regional language is mandatory
Demonstrated ability to work as a self-starter with minimal supervision
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills
Willingness to travel within the assigned region
Immediate joiners preferred
