Telecaller

We are looking for a confident Female Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, communicate with potential and existing customers, and generate leads or appointments. The candidate should have communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow-up with existing leads and patient inquiries
• Make outbound calls to potential patients
• Explain clinic services and treatment processes
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Convert inquiries into confirmed visits
• Handle patient queries politely and professionally
• Maintain proper calling records and daily follow-up data

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English).
• Confident, polite, and professional phone manner.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Good listening and convincing skills.

• 0–3 years of experience in telecalling/customer service preferred.

• Working Hours: 10 AM – 6 PM
• Location: Work From Office
• Salary: 10,000
• Weekly Off: Sunday
