Job Description:We are looking for a Telecaller who can communicate confidently with customers over the phone and support sales and customer service activities.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls
• Explain company products or services to customers
• Follow up with potential leads and existing customers
• Maintain call records and update customer information
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
• Achieve daily and monthly call targets
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Good communication skills
• Ability to speak clearly and confidently
• Basic computer knowledge
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work under targets
