Job Description:

We are seeking confident and energetic Telecallers to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with queries, and provide information about our services. The role requires good communication skills, patience, and the ability to engage with customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.

Provide accurate information about products/services and resolve queries.

Maintain call records and update customer information in the system.

Build positive relationships with customers through courteous interaction.

Work closely with the team to achieve daily and monthly targets.

Ensure customer satisfaction and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Minimum 12th Pass.

Age: 18 – 26 years.

Gender: Female candidates only.

Experience: Freshers can apply.

English: Basic communication skills required.

Strong interpersonal skills, polite and patient.

Ability to handle calls with confidence and clarity.
