Telecaller

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, answering inbound inquiries, explaining products or services, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.

• Answer inbound calls and resolve customer queries professionally.
• Explain products and services clearly and convincingly.
• Maintain records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.
• Schedule appointments or product demonstrations when required.
• Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
• Handle customer objections politely and effectively.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
