Telecaller

As a 19 Cabs Telecaller / Driver Support Executive, you will be responsible for communicating with bike, auto, and car drivers to help them use the 19 Cabs Driver App effectively, stay updated with the latest app versions, and understand features, benefits, and earning opportunities.

You will also act as a trusted representative of 19 Cabs, answering driver queries over phone, WhatsApp, and in-office visits, while maintaining professionalism and trust.

Key ResponsibilitiesCall registered drivers to:

• Inform them about app updates and guide them to update the app
• Explain how to use the app (online/offline, accepting rides, navigation, etc.)
• Educate drivers about app features, perks, incentives, and benefits

Maintain and manage:

• WhatsApp Broadcast Lists for driver communication
• Regular message updates related to app usage, offers, rules, and announcements

Respond to driver queries:

• Over phone calls
• On WhatsApp messages
• In-person at the office (driver walk-ins)

Provide clear and polite support regarding:

• Login issues
• Ride-related doubts
• App functionality
• General platform rules

Maintain company trust and brand image while interacting with drivers

• Keep basic records of:
• Calls made
• Driver issues reported
• Common feedback from drivers
• Skills & RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
• Polite, patient, and professional attitude
• Basic smartphone knowledge (Android apps, WhatsApp, Play Store)
• Ability to explain things clearly to drivers
• Basic computer skills (preferred but not mandatory)
• Prior experience in telecalling / customer support is a plus
