Udaan Education Services is looking for energetic and result-driven Telecallers to join our admissions sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students, explaining our IIT JEE, AKTU, and HBTU counseling services, and converting inquiries into admissions.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
• Explain Udaan Education Services' courses, programs, and counseling benefits.
• Follow up with leads and inquiries to ensure maximum conversions.
• Maintain a database of leads and update call records.
• Meet daily and monthly admission targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and address student queries.
• Requirements:Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or education counseling is a plus. Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
• Education: Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any field.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and persuasive skills.
• Ability to handle objections and close sales.
• Basic knowledge of computers and CRM software is an advantage.
