1) Handle Basic email comminucation with sellers

2) Povide limited phone support

3) Assist sellers listed on amazon/flipkart/meesho etc.

4) Work on computer system for support related tasks.

5) Maintain professional & polite communication.

6) Get seller onboarded on ecommerce platforms

7) Pitch sellers with promotions, coupons, fullfillment order etc.

Requirements:

2) Basic English speaking & communication

3) Basic computer knowledge.
