Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated International Telecaller Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to international clients, generating leads, explaining our products/services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to international clients/customers to promote products and services.
• Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.
• Generate leads, set up appointments, and follow up with potential clients.
• Maintain a professional and positive relationship with customers.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling/target goals.
• Maintain and update the database with customer information.
• Work closely with the sales and business development team to support revenue growth.
• Resolve customer queries effectively and escalate issues when required.
• Requirements:Proven experience as a telecaller / customer service executive / BPO international voice process (preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional foreign language is a plus).
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Flexible to work in rotational/night shifts as per international time zones.
• Education:Bachelor’s degree / Graduate / Diploma (any stream).
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
