Role Overview

We are currently looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Sales & Support Executives. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with basic computer knowledge, and Basic GST Knowledge, a willingness to learn, and strong communication skills.

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or entry-level professionals looking to start their careers in the tech-enabled service and software sector.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Support:

• Introduce and demonstrate our software products to potential clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Handle lead follow-ups and maintain client communication.
• Maintain records of sales interactions and updates.

Customer Support:

• Provide first-level support to clients regarding software usage.
• Assist users with installation, login, and basic troubleshooting.
• Escalate technical issues to the relevant team when required.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through prompt and effective communication.

Other Responsibilities:

• Assist with data entry, document handling, and internal coordination tasks.
• Respond to customer emails, WhatsApp messages, and calls in a professional manner.
• Candidate RequirementsGraduate in any discipline (B.Com/BBA/BA/B.Sc. etc.)
• Basic working knowledge of computers (MS Office, Email, Internet).
• Good communication skills in Hindi (English is an advantage).
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
