Telecalling Team Leader

Your Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage international leads through cold emails, LinkedIn, and other outbound strategies
• Pitch our digital services (SEO, SMO, PPC, Web Development) to global businesses
• Build long-term relationships with international clients
• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine strategies and messaging for overseas markets

Ideal Candidate:

• 1–3 years of experience in international B2B sales (preferably in digital marketing or IT services)
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Familiarity with sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or HubSpot
• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
