Job Description
Telemarketing – App User Support & Activation (Day Shift)We are looking for a confident and customer-friendly to join our team in Kanpur. The role involves calling users who have already registered on our app, assisting them with ID activation, resolving basic issues, and guiding them to start transactions smoothly.
- Key Responsibilities Call registered app users (No cold calling)
- Check if users are facing any problems in login or registration
- Assist users in completing their ID activation process
- Guide users on how to use the app for transactions
- Maintain call records and follow-up details
- Coordinate with the team for user support and updates
Encourage users politely to complete their first transaction
- RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Polite and professional speaking ability
- Basic smartphone/app understanding
- Fresher can apply (Training will be provided)
- Experience in telecalling/customer support is a plus
