Job Summary: A Tour Operator is responsible for planning and managing domestic and international tour packages. The role includes creating itineraries, handling bookings, coordinating with hotels and transport partners, and assisting clients to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Plan and operate tour packages
• Prepare itineraries and costing
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and vendors
• Handle client queries and bookings
• Ensure smooth tour execution and customer satisfaction
• Support travellers before, during, and after the tour
• Promote tour packages through online and offline channels
• Maintain high standards of customer service and communication
• Collect traveller feedback and suggest improvements to enhance services
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and local guides
