🎥 Role OverviewWe are seeking a creative and performance-driven Video Editor & Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in Reels/Short-form video creation using AI tools and hands-on experience in digital marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging video content, executing digital marketing strategies, and strengthening the online presence of our group of companies operating in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and life sciences.

• 🛠 Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing & Reels CreationEdit and produce high-quality videos and reels for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
• Utilize AI-powered tools for video enhancement, captions, subtitles, and effects.
• Maintain brand consistency across all companies and campaigns.
• Optimize videos for maximum reach, engagement, and platform algorithms.
• Digital MarketingPlan, execute, and manage digital campaigns across social media, email marketing, and paid advertisements.
• Work on SEO-optimized content and platform-specific strategies.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Track performance metrics and prepare regular analytics and performance reports.
• Creative & Strategy DevelopmentCollaborate with marketing teams across multiple brands.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in AI tools, video editing, and digital marketing.
• Propose innovative content ideas to improve engagement, visibility, and conversions.
• ✅ RequirementsProven experience as a Video Editor (portfolio mandatory).
• Hands-on experience with AI-based video editing tools (e.g., CapCut AI, Runway, Descript).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and short-form content formats.
• Experience in digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
• 🌟 Preferred SkillsBasic graphic design skills (Photoshop / Canva).
• Understanding of healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing guidelines.
