Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell building material products in the Kapurthala market. The role involves regular field visits, dealer and retailer management, order generation, and market development.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit dealers, retailers, contractors, and builders in assigned territory on a daily basis
• Promote company’s building material products (cement, TMT bars, tiles, AAC blocks, paints, etc. – as applicable)
• Generate primary and secondary sales and achieve monthly sales targets
• Appoint new dealers/retailers and strengthen the existing network
• Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and schemes
• Ensure proper product visibility, branding, and display at outlets
• Coordinate with logistics and accounts for timely order delivery and collections
• Prepare daily visit reports and submit sales updates to the reporting manager
• Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of local building material market in Kapurthala and nearby areas
• Ability to build long-term relationships with dealers and contractors
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / sales reporting tools
• QualificationMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)
• Diploma or Degree in any field is an advantage
• Experience1–5 years of field sales experience in building materials / construction products
