Roles & Responsibilities (Combined):

Walk-in customers ko handle karna aur unki requirements samajhna

Products ka promotion, upselling aur sales closure

Daily / monthly sales targets achieve karna

Store display, visual merchandising & cleanliness maintain karna

Billing aur POS system handle karna

Stock handling, replenishment aur inventory support

Sales team ko guide, train aur motivate karna

Team performance monitor karna aur store targets achieve karwana

Customer complaints aur escalations professionally handle karna

Daily sales, stock aur performance reports banana

Eligibility:

Minimum 12th Pass

Retail Sales Executive: Minimum 6 months experience / Freshers can apply

Team Leader: 1–2 years retail sales experience with team handling

Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, Punjabi preferred)

Customer-friendly attitude & leadership skills

Basic computer knowledge
