Roles and Responsibilities

1. Service Department Management

• Manage the entire service department operations in the dealership.
• Supervise service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
• Ensure smooth workflow in the workshop.

2. Customer Service Management

• Ensure high customer satisfaction during vehicle service.
• Handle customer complaints and service issues.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up after service.

3. Workshop Operations

• Plan and monitor daily service schedules.
• Ensure timely repair and delivery of vehicles.
• Maintain workshop discipline, cleanliness, and safety standards.

4. Technician Supervision

• Assign jobs to technicians based on their skills and experience.
• Monitor repair quality and productivity.
• Provide technical guidance and training when required.

5. Spare Parts Coordination

• Coordinate with the spare parts department for the availability of parts.
• Ensure proper inventory management of service-related parts.

6. Training and Development

• Train service staff on new vehicle technology and repair methods.
• Conduct technical and customer service training programs.

7. Quality Control

• Ensure quality service and proper repair standards.
• Conduct final inspection of serviced vehicles before delivery.

8. Reports and Documentation

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service reports.
• Maintain service records, job cards, and customer history.
