பொது பொறுப்புகள்:

• மத்திய சமையலறை மின்சார அமைப்புகள் மற்றும் உபகரணங்களின் வழக்கமான மற்றும் முன்னெச்சரிக்கை பராமரிப்பைச் செய்யவும்.
• மோட்டார்கள், கிரைண்டர்கள், ஹீட்டர்கள் மற்றும் பிற மின்சார சாதனங்களில் பிழைகளை கண்டறியும் மற்றும் பழுதுகள் சீரமைக்கவும்.
• MCBகளை (Miniature Circuit Breakers) கண்காணித்து பராமரிக்கவும், அவைகளின் சரியான செயல்பாட்டை உறுதி செய்யவும்.
• HT (High Tension) லைன் இணைப்புகளை கையாளவும், தொடர்புடைய பிரச்சனைகளைக் கண்டறியும் மற்றும் தீர்க்கவும்.
• பாதுகாப்பு தரங்களும் மின்சார விதிகளும் பின்பற்றப்படுவதை உறுதி செய்யவும்.
• பராமரிப்பு நடவடிக்கைகள் மற்றும் சீரமைப்புக்களுக்கான விரிவான பதிவுகளை வைத்திருக்கவும்.
• பராமரிப்பு குழுவுடன் இணைந்து மின்சார மேம்பாடுகள் அல்லது நிறுவல்களை திட்டமிடுவதிலும் நிறைவேற்றுவதிலும் ஒத்துழைக்கவும்.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance of electrical systems and equipment in the central kitchen.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in motors, grinders, heaters, and other electrical appliances.
• Maintain and monitor MCBs (Miniature Circuit Breakers) and ensure their proper functioning.
• Handle and maintain HT (High Tension) Line connections and troubleshoot related issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to plan and execute electrical upgrades or installations.
