Key Responsibilities:

* Visit assigned retail shops, distributors, and outlets daily to collect data on Reliance Campa product availability, pricing, visibility, and display compliance.

* Conduct on-field audits as per company guidelines.

* Record and share accurate data with the audit/calling team through digital or manual reporting tools.

* Meet daily/weekly data collection targets.

* Support brand visibility checks and promotional activity tracking.

* Maintain clear communication with supervisors regarding field performance and challenges.

* Ensure authenticity and timeliness of all collected data.

*Recruiting field executives for audit work

We are hiring Field Recruiters and Team Leaders for the Reliance Campa recruitment process. The role involves sourcing and recruiting candidates for various positions across assigned locations. Field Recruiters will be responsible for visiting different areas, conducting local hiring drives, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews. Team Leaders will manage and guide a team of recruiters, ensure daily recruitment targets are achieved, and maintain proper coordination with management. Candidates should have good communication skills, basic recruitment knowledge, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment. Prior experience in bulk hiring, field recruitment, or team handling will be an added advantage. Immediate joiners are preferred.
