Oversee the performance and efficiency of Distribution Centers (DCs) within a designated cluster, ensuring smooth operations, process adherence, and effective cash management.Capacity Building(Delivery Partners Hiring )

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and improve DC operations, track performance, and address issues related to security, expenses, and performance.
• Conduct regular DC visits, monitor RVP pendency, NDR, and aging shipments.
• Ensure timely cash management, including COD tally and submission of necessary reports.
• Oversee administrative functions and staff discipline, ensuring adherence to processes and security guidelines.
• Please note: Must Know Local Geography and Language
