Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-orientated and experienced Accountant Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting while ensuring accuracy and transparency in financial records.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain books of accounts on a daily basis

2    Handle GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) & compliance

3    Manage TDS, income tax, and statutory filings

4    Prepare sales, purchase, journal, and expense entries

5    Perform bank reconciliation & cash flow management

6    Maintain vendor & client ledger accounts

7    Coordinate with the chartered accountant for audits & finalisation.

8    Support management with MIS and financial reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

1    Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Commerce (B.Com / M.Com)

2    1–3 years of relevant experience

3    Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime software

4    Proficiency in MS Excel

5    Good understanding of GST, TDS & Income Tax compliance

6 High accuracy, integrity, confidentiality & time management skills
