Job Summary:

The Housekeeping Staff is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, order, and hygiene in assigned areas such as guest rooms, restrooms, hallways, lobbies, and other public or private spaces. They ensure a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for residents, guests, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean, dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect assigned areas.

Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and toiletries.

Empty trash cans and dispose of waste appropriately.

Sanitize bathrooms and replenish supplies.

Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.

Follow safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Handle guest requests or complaints professionally and promptly.

Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition.
