Telecalling Executive

Responsibilities of candidates include:

• Inform customers about the company's products/services and offers.

• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner.

• Identify customers’ needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible.

• Ability to be on the phone for a long time and familiar with dialer systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:

ü Handling Telesales Inbound & Outbound calls, Calling prospective clients, and explaining the products.

ü Making follow-up calls and fixing appointments for site visits.

ü Handling customer queries related to our real estate projects.

ü Should give the clients detailed information about the projects over the telephone.

ü Experience in Tele Marketing to call the customer to explain the project Features

ü Follow-ups must be done in a timely & able to generate sales

ü The person will be required to make a minimum number of phone calls every day.

ü Calling new & existing clients (Lead Generation)

ü Explain different advertising packages to clients

ü Maintain Client database

ü Maintain good client relation

ü Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives

ü Ability to be on the phone for a long time and familiar with dialer systems.

ü Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline Requirements

·        Should be self-motivated & target oriented

·        Good Communication skills

·        Willing to work on Sundays (Fixed weekday weekly off will be provided)
