Recruiter

We are looking for a Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for a luxury resort in Karjat. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for hospitality positions while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for resort roles (operations, F&B, housekeeping, front office, etc.)
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and local networks
• Screen profiles and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate with department heads for interview scheduling and closures
• Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in hospitality
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Familiarity with bulk and local hiring
• Willingness to work from Karjat location
